Welcome! I’m Wanda Hise — founder, artist, and heart behind Ruby Jewelry.

My journey into jewelry design isn’t your typical story. After proudly serving as a municipal judge for 13 years, I embraced a new chapter in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. What began as a creative outlet in 2012 quickly blossomed into Ruby Jewelry — a passion project turned small business that allows me to share joy through wearable art.

Jewelry-making is my therapy — a soulful process where each piece is crafted with care, intention, and a touch of elegance. I believe jewelry should do more than accessorize; it should inspire, delight, and reflect the unique spirit of the person wearing it.
