Return/Refund Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. All returns are subject to acceptance by RUBY Jewelry management.
Broken/Damaged Jewelry Policy
Unfortunately, handmade, authentic jewelry, like all jewelry, can be broken or damaged. While we do everything we can to make it right for our treasured customers, sometimes it’s just not feasible. If you have an item that needs to be repaired, please fill out the form below. We will not reply to messages or requests on Facebook, Instagram, email, or personal platforms. The broken/damaged form must be filled out, so that we can contact you. The form is provided on the policy page of our website.
If your item becomes damaged within four (4) months of purchase, we are more likely to repair or replace. This is subject to the circumstances surrounding the damage or loss. Please keep the original stone should a setting become loose, as well as any and all pieces of the damaged item. We see more damage to jewelry from how it is stored and transported. Be mindful of how you care for your pieces as we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs due to negligence.
Please note inlayed stone pieces cannot be fixed. The way the stones are set makes them very fragile and vulnerable to any bending of the pieces. We can possibly offer you a discount on your next purchase. Message for details.
Proof of loss will be required, and shipping of the damaged item is the customer's responsibility.
Custom Jewelry Policy
1. Custom Order Terms
All custom jewelry pieces are made to order and designed specifically for you based on your specifications. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final.
2. Production Time
Custom orders require a lot of time to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials. You will receive an estimated completion date upon confirmation.
3. Revisions & Changes
You may request changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees depending on the stage of production.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom pieces unless the item arrives damaged or with an error made on our part.
Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if there are any issues.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
6. Design Ownership
We reserve the right to photograph and display all custom work for promotional purposes. Your custom design will not be replicated for other customers unless you give written consent.
7. Material Disclaimer
All stones and beads used in custom designs are subject to availability and may vary slightly in color, size, or shape.
If a material becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or contact you for approval before continuing production.
